Shipping & Delivery
Every Asocial Chameleon T-shirt is made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Gelato. Their global production network allows orders to be produced as close to the delivery destination as possible, helping to reduce unnecessary shipping distances and get your order to you faster.
How long will my order take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product, where it is being produced, your delivery address and the shipping method available for your order.
Most orders are produced and delivered within approximately 3–5 days, although this is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time. Large orders, busy periods, certain locations or unexpected carrier delays can sometimes take longer.
UK Delivery
Gelato has a network of production partners in the UK and aims to fulfil orders locally whenever possible. Standard domestic shipping typically takes around 2–4 days once an order has been produced.
Express delivery may also be available depending on the product and delivery address.
International Delivery
We can deliver to customers in many countries worldwide. Gelato operates a global network of more than 140 production partners across 32 countries and aims to produce orders close to the customer whenever possible.
International delivery times depend on the destination, production location and shipping method. In some cases, an order may need to be produced or shipped from another country due to stock availability or production capacity.
Customs & Import Charges
Gelato aims to produce orders locally wherever possible, which helps reduce the need for international shipping. However, if your order does need to cross a border, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination and local regulations.
Any customs or import charges that do apply are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive tracking information once your order has been produced and dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Where is my T-shirt made?
Your order is automatically routed to an appropriate Gelato production partner based on your delivery address, product availability and production capacity. This means your T-shirt may be produced in the UK or at another Gelato production location depending on your order.
Late, Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order has passed its estimated delivery date, please check the tracking information first, as carrier delays can occasionally occur.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, your parcel appears to be lost, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
