Managing Your Saved Cards
For a faster checkout experience, registered customers have the option to securely save their payment methods for future purchases. This page explains how to manage your saved cards.
How to Save a Card
During the checkout process, you will be presented with a checkbox labeled “Save this card for future purchases.” By checking this box, your encrypted payment token will be securely stored by our payment gateway provider. You must be logged into your Asocial Chameleon account to utilize this feature.
Viewing and Deleting Saved Cards
To view or remove a saved payment method, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Asocial Chameleon account.
- Navigate to your Account Dashboard.
- Select the “Payment Methods” or “Saved Cards” section.
- Here, you will see a list of your saved cards (displaying only the last four digits).
- To remove a card, click the “Delete” or “Remove” button next to the desired card. The token will be immediately deleted from our system.
Security of Saved Cards
We utilize a process called tokenization. We do not store your actual credit card number, expiration date, or CVV on our servers. Instead, our payment processor provides us with a secure token that references your payment information. This token can only be used by Asocial Chameleon and is useless if intercepted.
Updating Expired Cards
Currently, you cannot edit an existing saved card. If a card has expired or the billing address has changed, please delete the old card from your Account Dashboard and save the new details during your next checkout process.
