Processing Times

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or major drops, processing may extend to 3-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

We offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days. Free on orders over £100.
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days. Available for an additional fee at checkout. Order must be placed before 2 PM GMT.
  • Next Day Delivery: Guaranteed next business day delivery for orders placed before 1 PM GMT.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary based on the destination. Please select your country at checkout to see specific rates and estimated delivery times. Note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. If you have an account with us, you can also track your order via your Account Dashboard.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. Retain all original packaging, as it may be required for a claims process. We will work diligently with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
